We are a volunteer Red Cross Project,run by Asylum seekers,called New Times.  we publish both in print and on the web.  We have some technical questions please can you assist us. 

1.  How to we embed the videos because we installed the AllVideo plug-in and we clicked on the movie icon, and then put in the code with video_ID but it did not work... Help we have many videos we need to upload as soon as possible. 

2.  How do we embed the flash files?

Flash file you can add also with All video plugin but at this moment you will have only one dimension , wait for the new release where you will have dimensions for each file! The code (you can see also more details of instructions in the mambot) is {swf}file_name{/swf} .  ;)
