Also another provider that's good to add would be

subdot.com

They offer the ability to caption or subtitle videos.

I know of two more that I really wanted liveleak.com, and broadcasters.com wouldn't be easier if we had an embed tag to embed the video no matter who has it, rather than coming up with individual tags for all of them?
