Hi. If you mean that you want a custom thumbnail in the player then you just have to add an image file of the same name in the directory where the video is.

Thanks for your reply. My videos are stored on the YouTube server. So that means I cannot use a poster image as I do not have access to their servers. Is this correct? Philip

You cannot have a custom poster for Youtube videos. The poster functionality works only for videos stored in your server.
