I've instaled the AllVideos plugin, activated it, and tried to add the tag {youtube}CYwNhyvCmuo{/youtube } but in the frontpage I only see the tag itself....

This is a Youtube video working.....I dont know what to do !!
I've tried also to read a local FLV file but have the same problem....

I had similar issues with local video.  After many tries...it worked I was don't know why other than maybe when testing I did not exit browser or fresh cache.  I opened a new browser window and it worked.  Also, check your path.

I'm using FF, cleared all the private data, used also IE, but still appears only the tag coding....
I've tried with other plugins and they have always the same problem.....
What do you mean with "Also, check your path." ?

Check with search for another post on this subject of flv and local videos.  stevesi commented to use path in set up as:

/images/stories/videos

I found that this did not work.  I used...
/images/stories/videos/ and it worked after clearing the cache and new browser. 

I don't know why.

Set your path by selecting AllVideos mambot in the administrator.  Scroll down and you will see the path setting.  I think this might be what is not holding on save so that you need to clear path.  I don't know, but it worked for me after much trials. 

Also, make sure that you are putting your videos in the /images/stories/videos/ folder. 

One thing I noted a long time ago (it maybe fixed now) is that if you are using the JWMediaManager it assumes starting in the stories when adding media...so I ended up getting the following when using it....images/stories/stories/whatever when adding something.  I think there is a fix for that in JWMediaManger php.  Again search.  If you are using JWMediaManger then check that or check it with an  FTP client to see where the video actually is located. 

Good luck.  I struggled with the flv issue for a long time.  It would play outside but not local videos.  Also, make sure that you have permissions on the video folder and video itself set correctly. 

I have the problem in the other way arround.....I want to play a Youtube video.....I'm not playing a local file, and the problem stills the same....in the frontend it shows me the tags {youtube}w1C44JQU7Pc{/youtube}.

I've tried with moseasymedia too but it doesn't work.....And I'm using it in the MyBlog component.......

Yap, You're wright.....I've tried just now on a static item and it worked perfectly........man.....  ??? Do you know if there is anything to be done in order to make this works in the MyBlog component ?

Hey guys !!!! Problem solved.

To make AllVideos plugin work inside the MyBlog Component you just have to go the the Myblog configuration, and go to section 'Content Mambots Integration' and activate the plugins you want to make it work inside your blog.
