I have the player working in FF, but cannot get the player to work or show in IE. Anyone have any suggestions?

Okay the audio is working in IE but no visual. There is a spot for the video to show, but it is not showing the video.

WOW! 29 views and not even a hint? I cannot believe no one else is not having this problem. Have sound - but no video. Anyone else have this problem and find a fix - please post it here for everyone else. :)
