I have been successfully using AllVideos v4.4 to display and play .mp4 and .wmv video files on my site. I have created a preview or banner image (of the same name as the video files, and in the same directory) for each video, and this is displayed as expected.

I just upgraged my laptop development environment to AllVideos v4.6.1 and see that the preview / banner images are not being displayed for the .wmv files (.mp4 video preview / banner images are not affected.)

I have not changed anything else in my setup - the preview / banner images are the same as when I had v4.4 installed.

Can you suggest a fix... or give me a link to download v4.4 again?

Unfortunately (or fortunately!) no - I only upgraded to v4.6.1 on my laptop development environment. I haven't upgraded the live site yet, which still works as intended.

Look at the page source and find the JWPlayer initialization code. You should see in the snippet the path to the image used for poster. Check that the path is valid and the file does exist on your server.
