ok i'm just getting started with joomla/allvideos. i got it installed fine, and even got my first video embedded on a main page - very cool and very easy!

i'd like to embed a youtube video in my sidebar, in other words, right under my main menu. what is the easiest way to do that? i'm going to need to define it to be pretty small - it can't be the usual default youtube size.
