Hi there people.
I've just installed this on my site and it works very nicely indeed with remote files. (Works fine with youtube etc).
I can't seem to get it to play anything that I host locally though (on my own server). It doesn't even show a player, but it does insert the code into the page if I view source. I have no spam blockers on, I have all the latest plugins and I can't think of any other complications.
It is pointing to the correct directory (I have checked for a trailing slash and correct directory.)
I have checked the filenames and input formats I am using are in the form;
{swf}filename_here{/swf}
I've read through loads of posts on here about the problem, a few people seem to have solved it but then not told anyone else what they did...anyone have any clues? I'm starting to tear my hair out over this one.
This page works (remote file hosted on youtube);
durban.directrouter.com/~wwwdot/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=92&Itemid=114
This one does not (Hosted on my server in images/stories/videos/ )
