I notice that on the demo page:

the star wars video starts with a still.  I need to do that for a client.  Any ideas?

I'd also like to have a individual picture (or taken from the following flv-clip) instead of the black one :'(

which seems to have a resolution in it?
But I dont have any idea how to make it work, as my knowledge isn't the best.
