I have read all of the other forums about this problem and tried everybody's solutions with no luck.

I have uploaded my mp3 file into a folder called audio located in images (images/audio)

I have checked the settings in the All video plugin and the path is right

I add the tag according to the forum and tried various different ways of putting in to the article tag

{mp3}welcome{/mp3}
{mp3}/audio/welcome{/mp3}
{mp3}images/audio/welcome{/mp3}
{mp3}welcome.mp3{/mp3}

None of the above will play my file. Can you please help.

You have set the paths incorrectly. The player is looking for the file mindful.2market-websites.com/images/audio/audio/welcome.mp3 . You need to either change the path in the plugin settings or update the tags you are using.
