hi, im using the latest version of Allvideos and i want a youtube video to start playing when the page loads, so i used the |true parameter as in here " {youtube}--UI3w4La1A|425|265|true{/youtube} " , the custom size works good, but the autoplay is not working, any ideas??

thanks in advance.

Hi,

I too would really appreciate a solution to this, because I have the same problem - just opposite. I have enabled autoplay in the plugin in the backend, but want some featured videos on the frontpage to be in a stopped state on page load.

Can anybody help?
:(

Cheers!

Enabling autoplay from plugin doesn't works (at least with youtube as I checked), so I did this:

{youtube}YourSourceHere&autoplay=1{/youtube}

(replace &autoplay=1 with &autoplay=0 if you don't want the auto start)

I just tried this, but my Joomla content parser is replacing the & with &AMP, how can i get it to stop doing that?

Solved this by using a "?" instead of a "&". Apparently YouTube understands it and it passes through Joomla 1.7's parser without a hitch.
