Mp4 on iPhone was created by pillaccio
Hi
I put an mp4 video in a homepage and I don't see it on iPhone with Safari and Firefox.
I try with all three template types (classic, framed and responsive) with no results...
Someone can help me please?
Thanks.

Hi Krikor
Unfortunately no. The video is black on iPhone and doesn't start. It's perfeclty visible on browser Mac like Safari, Firefox and other.
Thank you for your reply.

This means that the video itself was not encoded properly.
You need to re-encode the video or upload it to a service like YouTube.

I do have the same issue. mp4 Video is accessible by normal Browser Firefox or Safari on my Mac and viewable
But on my IOS devices the message "error loading media: file could not be played" always comes up
I've tried to re-encode it but no luck
Any Ideas?
