Duplicate video in module was created by maria

Hello

I have a problem with the extension. I've put the code {youtube}OkbjD58LEOg{/youtube} at homepage in html module but it shows it twice. The URL is www.kaltsas.gr

The video is not appearing twice.
The entire module is being rendered twice (and thus the contents).
It is most likely a template issue.
