We have a site at theplanespotterscommunity.co.uk which displays thumbnails for the uploaded videos and changes the one playing when clicked upon.
Is there a way to do this using AllVideos from uploaded youtube videos

Any help would really be appreciated

If you are using K2 where the item's video is directly available you can build a custom video gallery in the form of a K2 Content module template.
