'AllVideos' Plugin v4.8.0 using Joomla 3.8.3, with K2 2.8. and PHP 7.0

This is the AllVideo code I have in a k2 article:
{flv}Bedtime{/flv}
{vimeo}193639753{/vimeo}
The flv code works just fine but the vimeo code does not.

I get a black screen with the following error message: "Oops the embed code for this video is not valid."
I searched for a solution to this problem but cannot find it.
How can I get the vimeo video to play in the article itself?

Thank you.

P.S. I just checked another PC using Win7. It needed to update it's adobe flash player and gave me the "Error loading player: No playable sources found" message on the flv code and yet it displays and plays the vimeo code just fine. I updated the flash on this pc and voila! both the flv and the vimeo work just fine.

So, my pc (also win7) is just the opposite. I can see/play the flv video just fine but the vimeo is giving me an error?
Confusing!
