Our page sells flutes and we've got AllVideo 4.8.0 running so buyers can hear a sample file. Within the past Joomla Update or two we have found that any product pages that have a sound file on, buyers are unable to add products to their carts. If you click "Add to cart" the page only loads the shopping cart and does not add the product. If you go to another product without an audio file it will add the the cart fine. Also if you "Add to cart" from the category view where the sound file is not visible the same product will add to cart without issue.

Can someone tell me what the problem is? We want to be able to share a sample of the flute on the product page if possible. Also we are experiencing the same MP3 display issue where the controls aren't displaying properly.

There are several JS issues in the links you sent us.
These errors will prevent the cart from working properly. If you look at the browser's developers tools console tab you will find these issues.
