After installing a new version of Joomla (3.7) - there was an error writing the date of publication of the article. In previous version (3.6.5) this problem was not. My page is based on the fact that it displays the article in chronological order. In joomla 3.7, the date of creation, publication, and modification of the article is in 0000-00-00% H: 00: 00 (for example: 2014-09-16% H:54:00). This is a problem because Joomla "does not see" this date format and mis-sets articles on the page. PHP and other settings are correct - version 3.6.5 does not have this problem.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
