Hi there, I have a website running on Joomla V1.5.22 and have just updated Allvideos to V4.8.0 from V4.7.0
Everything works fine except that when using IE11 the Video and Audio UIs do not render at all. The website works fine when connecting with Edge, Safari and Firefox etc.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Ps I know very little about programming in general.

Unfortunately the mp4 file can't be played by IE11 - www.pentecostalsofbundaberg.com.au/images/stories/videos/pobwelcome.mp4 (always fails)
Make sure the the video is encoded with the h264 codec

There are several mp4 videos on this site and also m4a audio files. As stated before, they all play fine in Safari, Firefox, Edge and even the Chrome browser on my phone works just fine. Its only Internet explorer 11 that has the problem. I used Handbreak to convert and render the mp4 videos.

Each browser supports different video codecs.
Modern browsers support more formats, however IE is a bit outdated and issues like this might arise.
