In the past version JWPlayer 6.12.x the display for audio mp3 was control button
like that

(or like you can see into this website : processcoaching.com/coachescalls)

but with new version allvideo 4.8.x the control for audio is not already display at begin.
you must go over to show the control (like video).

do you have hint to change that?
