Dear AllVideos support,
I just installed Allvideos 4.8.0 plugin in my Joomla 3.9.1. After tested Ogg, Flv, Mp4, Webm videos files, whatever it located on local or remote host, it only works for Flv file, i.e. {flv}testfile{/flv}. But it doesn't work for MP4 file and others video extension files. i.e. {mp4}testfile{/mp4} or {webm}testfile{/webm}.... I have tried 5 different browsers. It shows the same Error Code HTML5_video:4. But Its works fine for Youtube that I have tested.
I couldn't find "jwplayer.html5.js" file under mydomain.com\plugin\content\jw_allvideos\jw_allvideos\includes\js\ folder in my server. Do I need to install this file to run HTML5 video files? Please help me to make AllVideos player work for HTML5 video files, such as MP4 file.
