Is it the Microsft browser making my video unavailable? was created by jim chestnut

Using this code I get a "Your browser does not support this" try another browser

An ill-conceived and potentially catastrophic game of Russian roulette?

The format tags are to be used with direct file references, local or remote. When you use a service (e.g. YouTube or Facebook as you mentioned) you must use the corresponding service tag.
