Only on samsung mobile browser i get this error: Could not play video was created by Michiel

Hello,
I put a video in my website.. www.bluepoint-webdesign.nl but only in the samsung mobile browser i get to see this:
Could not play video, There was a problem trying to load the video. Error code: html5_video:4

What could be the problem??
It is only on the mobile in the samsung standard browser.
Hope you can help.

Others seem to have had similar issues. See here for example: stackoverflow.com/questions/47599205/mp4-content-wont-play-in-webpages-served-to-samsung-internet-browser

Can you update that browser to its latest version? If it can't be updated, it may be due to the OS version in that phone.

If you've tried everything, google which format that browser supports and use some basic JS to serve a different video for that browser only.

In any case, don't sweat too much as "Samsung Internet" has a low percentage globally: gs.statcounter.com/browser-market-share/mobile/worldwide
