Wont play on Apple mobile products was created by Andy Ticehurst
Video works fine on PC, Mac but wont work on iphone or ipad.

I assume you mean Safari on these devices... Did you check if playback is OK using Chrome for example?

Safari is the browser in iPhones. Chrome is also available. Try the latter and see if it works.
It would also help if you knew your iOS release version.

Hi,
have the same problem. On my iMac in Safari the video player does not work and same on mobile (iphone with Safari).

Have found out that the Responsive theme does not work, the Classic works just fine, so issue solved!

The Responsive template in AllVideos may be overwritten by your template's CSS, that's why things seem broken.
