I See Download Media File Instead of Video Playing

I See Download Media File Instead of Video Playing was created by likestuff
I'm trying to get the video below to play but all I see on the page is "Download Media File" although "Allow video downloading" is set to "NO" in the plugin. What am I missing please?

Quicktime (.mov) files are no longer supported by AllVideos because they are not web native media.

Consider using .mp4 or .webm if you can re-export your video. Otherwise use a converter/transcoder like Adapter (macroplant.com/adapter - free for macOS & Windows).
