Mov not streaming, just downloading the whole video then imbedding

Mov not streaming, just downloading the whole video then imbedding was created by carbine
How do i get a mov to steam.

This is my issue here.

You have to encode the Quicktime movie correctly.  Make sure you export the movie with compressed headers - fast start, or else it will just download and not play until it's finished downloading.
