Hi all!

Imagine a situation where you get a stream from Windows Media Services, using http or mms protocol. How do you put that stream on you site using AllVideos plugin? I've tried already {wmvremote}host.com/path/to/publishing/point{/wmvremote} and it didn't work.

What about streams using RTMP protocol (e.g. using Flash Media Server)? I know you have incorporated version 3.1 of the Flash Media Player by Jeroen Wijering but only from version 3.2 he's added RTMP support. Are you planning to include RTMP support in newer versions?

And last, what about streams using RTSP protocol? For example streams from Darwin media server? Can I include them using {movremote} tags? I haven't tried it yet.

ok, an update.

I´ve just tried and what does work is:
mms:// - one needs to refer to an asx file or a wmv file while using {wmvremote} otherwise it won't work.
rtsp:// and rtmp:// - didn't try it yet

Could anyone post her/his findings?

me too, i put {wmvremote}mms://bombadil.senado.gov.br/wmtencoder/tv.wmv{/wmvremote} and just show the wmv window, but i click play and nothing happens....

allvideos plugin have support for this kind of streaming?

I tried replacing the swf file for allvideos with 3.16 which supports rtmp streaming, but that doesn't play the stream either..........

Earlier versions of jeron wjerings player don't support the rtmp protocol........ie allvideos 2.4

Anyone know how to make RTMP streams work with allvideos?????

I'm using AllVideos Reloaded (not sure what version), trying to get an RTSP stream to show up in an article under Joomla 1.5.8.

...no luck so far.
