When you go through the options, it says clearly that Dim lights does not work in IE. Any one still using IE deserves what they get and deserves to miss out. Try to get people to change to an alternative stand alone web browser such as Firefox, Opera and so on.

sadly this doesnt work in IE8 either. I'll be looking for a workaround. Maybe someone can tell me what kind of library/effect is utilized here.
