I am new at this and I came across this this great site and this free plugin, Allvideos.  I installed it and enabled it.  Where can I find tutorials on how to use this on my site.  I looked here,

But couldn't figure it out.  I have a flv file stored in (images/stories/vidoes/example.flv)

I want to display it two ways.  One have it embedded into an article and Have it as a text link. And when clicked auto play.  can anyone guide me through this.  sorry I am a true newbie. 

What you do not understand? In documentation you have read you will see the way (with examples of nadaserf videos)you can insert an flv video from your server or from a remote server.
Easy, descriptive syntax for media embedding. Use: {format/provider}filename{/format/provider}
You can also use syntax like: {format/provider}filename|width|height|autoplay{/format/provider}
For example, an "autoplaying" YouTube video of 600x450 dimensions would be displayed adding this to a content item: {youtube}he73js822|600|450|1{/youtube}

For your video with dimensions 600x450 you must go to a content item and write the tag {flv}example|600|450|1{/flv}
If you have the plugin enabled the video will display fine.
