[SOLVED] Dropdown menu and FLV video player was created by billwide

When I use the plugin to run a .flv video, its show perfectly, but the dropdown menu is been viewed behind the video player.
174.120.99.226/~filme264/bravahotel-joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=50&Itemid=66&lang=en

The menu "Services" on top, its behind the player. :-\

How can I change this to the menu appears in FRONT of video?
