To use AllVideos - what directories need to stay writeable?

Or do any?

I uploaded the new plugin and can't get the videos to work.

It says "Video not found or access denied"

Then gives the path in the allvideos screen - but the path is truncated - where it should say: "domain/images/stories/videos" it just says "domain/images/stories/vi"

EVEN though in the plugin parameters i have the correct path: /images/stories/videos

So aam I correct in thinking: /images and /images/stories and /images/stories/videos ALL HAVE TO BE writable? (I can't set them to test - I need to tell my client)

Any help is appreciated? Thanks!

**Solved**

Using underscores in the files name is BAD. The combination of the calling command in the srticlae itself and underscores in the title cause the title to be truncated (in the article itself) when you upgrade Joomla version.

It does not matter if the PATH appears truncated in the warning message - or that the permissions may not be writable - but appears to be some sort of bug within Joomla.

SO - after installing a Joomla update or an ALLVideos update - go bact to the article with the viseo call command in it and make sure the title matches the title of the video in the images/stories/videos directory.
