I have read the documentation and searched the forum but cannot find anything that will help me.

I have set up a Joomla site and installed the Allvideo plugin and activated it. I have also made all the settings as desired. In my articles I have added the tags as required,but when viewed in a browser (and I've tried a few) I get an error message saying the Video is not found or access is denied. If you extract the url from the embed string you will see that the url is correct and the video plays correctly.

There is obviously something I'm missing but after a couple of hours (I'm serious) of fiddling I can't find it.

Perfect. Amazing how I didn't notice that and just assumed the entire filename was needed.
