We are using Allvideo plugin. I am trying to upload files from the media manager in the videos directory (images/stories/videos) But I see an error this file format is not supported. I have tried .flv, .wmv, .mp4. What could be the reason??

Can any one help me out. Its too urgent and I need to show it to my client.
