I saw that you use K2 component. Could you be more specific about how exactly the videos are not working? What are the steps you are doing when adding an item, etc.

I used a youtube video clip link and added it to the tab for video from provider in the K2 Component.

On the backend do you see the preview of the video? Did you put the correct videoID?

The video preview does come up
As for the video ID i added the correct one and tried different URLs as well.
I tried using a new category with untouched parameters and that did not help.
One thing I did try was publishing the article without using the rokstories module and the video came up.

And after some research I found out that restores will not work with videos.
