We have installed allvideos and can show youtube no problem, but when we try to show our own .mov from our server we cannot show it. we get a Q in the box, but no video. Can anyone explain how we get it to work.

The Quictime latest version cause this problem. Please change your video format...

We use Macs, and always provide quicktime movies. Please could you recommend another video player if we cannot play .movs.

Allvideos use apple movies to demonstrate the player so it seems a little silly not to be able to use it!
