Simple question. If you watch a video on youtube you can select the resolution (360p 480p 720p). When I embed using allvideos, that selection is missing. How do I make sure that selection is there? People should be able to choose their resolution based on their bandwidth/cpu, right?

Ignore this. The option does show up, but for some reason only after you click "play". That appears to be on Youtube's end, and it's a pretty stupid design decision (IMHO).
