I'm having the same problem a number of people are having across the internet with this plugin, and there doesn't seem to be any support or answers for it.

Hopefully someone can finally help me and a whole lot of others.

I have uploaded an flv file to my private members site and entered the right code in the article to point to this video.

I get 'video not found or access denied'. My customers get the same response.

This is obviously a common problem but there doesn't seem to be a solution. Anyone know how to fix it?

It might be promissions problem?
