I had AllVideos working on my test server and all of the sudden it just stopped working. I am looking for tips on troubleshooting the issue.

Here is what I have:
-Joomla 1.5.20
-PHP 5.3.1
-AllVideos plugin 3.3
-mod_jw_cc 1.0

I have uninstalled and re-installed both the AllVideos plug-in as well as the mod_jw_cc. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Very disappointing that it has been this long with no response to my request for assistance. I'm a big fan of Joomlaworks and have purchased paid versions of your extensions in the past (SIG Pro).

I realize this particular extension is free, but it is a reflection on your company. A good product isn't worth much if the support isn't there.

You must reinstall our mod_jw_cc latest version. A bug seems to caused the problem....
