I am using the Video plugin to post band videos on a band fansite that I run. I have a question about whether these features are available.

1) Can the AllVideo plugin post the videos in the same fashion as the Simple Image Gallery. Meaning can it post each video next to each other (horizontally vs. vertically)? I think this would be a nice feature to implement.
2) Also, can the AllVideo plugin use ajax to not refresh the page if someone wants to leave a comment? If I am watching  a video and do something on the page, for example leave a comment about the video, the video should not refresh.
3) Can the videos be displayed in an ajax style popup similar to the Simple Image Gallery?

(2)it is not allvideos fault.. it is your comment system's problem  try jom_comment   25 dols (standard edition) but it is great!! or any other ajax based comment system

I used both Jom_comment (for Seyret) and JoomlaComment for my featured movies. Between the two I definitely prefer JoomlaComment, and it's free.
