I can't extract quickstart package both of j2.5 and j3x.
Please check and let me know when ready to be downloaded.

Hello,

Please make sure that both packages you have downloaded are not corrupted. Try to re-download them through the template's page.
Then if you are experiencing any issues through installation you should read the two following pages of our documetation section.
