yesterday I finished restyling my website with your awesome template (yes, this is the best template I seen since 2-3 years and for this I thank you).
Today I went home for lunch and when I came back... a terrible surprise.
- All parameters of template were lost (logo, highlights, typography
- Template all in Times new Roman

Please tell me why this happened, I want to be shure everything still work when I'm not in front of my pc! :'(

Another thing: "search" fields doesn't work properly, they are estetically ugly, wothout icons and with a strange appearance. Please could you tell me what's wrong?

I just visited your site and the logos, highlights and typography seem ok.
You need to disable some jQuery libraries. You load 4. Just keep the one from K2. Disable all others including the widgetkit.

The site was ok because I fixed it immediately, but I don't understand why the configuration was lost in backend too!
How Jquery could delete all template specification?

Did you lose only the template's configuration and after what action did you notice that exactly?
jQuery is not responsible for the lost configuration. It is just something I have noticed in your implementation.
In your home page you are still loading 3 jQuery libraries which might cause some issues on several elements like the calendar for example. Try to Disable the one from the template parameters (this one is the 1.10.1) and the one (1.6) probably from a third party extension. You need only one copy of the library.

The only modification I did before was unabling K2 seo url and nothing more!
I uninstalled some plugin like truetipography but I think this wasn't a problem.

I can't think of something but a temporary issue while saving your template parameters. The two actions you have mentioned don't seem to be responsible. If this happens again please let us know and provide us with access so we can check more thoroughly.
