translation is not working in some modules was created by BARBARA GERANAKI
I've uploaded the Greek translation of K2 component but I'm facing a problem.
The same text has been translated for all my websites pages except from the front page.

Can you help me with that please?

Sometimes translations files might be cached or the downloaded file might be corrupt.

Finally since they are human-generated translations it is possible although unlikely that a file might be missing some translation stings.

I installed a fresh copy of the language files and it seems to be working fine now.

Finally I saw some other K2 modules which you were using.

These modules did not come bundled with the template and do not have the translated language files.
As a result they load their English language files which in turn overrides our K2 Content modules.

sounds right, but is this possible when I'm using the same modules in the front page and another page and the not translated part exists only for the front page and works for the other?

I can see mod_gk5_tabs is not being translated. The module which is causing the issues is a K2 module which uses the same language strings as the default K2 Content module.

You can open the language debugger (Global configuration section) to check which module's language files are not loaded.

It's been done. Just by finding and removing a module that was in coflict with the others

Thank you!
