If I understood correctly you want to assign to each user a different color theme, for the frontend, which will be available after he has logged in?

Yes. They can change the theme colors like they want to. I don't have to assign for each of them. I see there are already some color themes in the template setting.

Maybe I don't understand correctly. You want to have one site and multiple instances of themes per user or multiple sites with different themes which your backend user(client) can change?

Yes. As in screenshot. Can I add a menu or button to let user swap colours as they like?

I'm afraid not. These options can be changed through the template parameters only.

You can create copies of the template and set up different themes for each variation. Then choose to assign them to different pages through the menu but it is something different than what you are describing.

It refers to the option you have as a developer/the one to implement the website to choose between color variations either pre-defined or custom and advises you to read the documentation for more.
