I have both Newsworth and Coversationalist templates installed, with duplicate styles of both templates, it's worked fine except for I've never save any code into the code tab of template parameters, it says it saves but when you look back in the tab the code is gone, now this has happened with the standard Tamplate Parameters tab which is much more crucial (Template Manager > Styles > options/Template Parameters), now whenever I change something in standard template parameters I loose all the data ive input logo, tagline, google analytics code and it resets to original settings, can someone tell me what is happening here?

Seems everyone ran into the issue at the same time. Its odd, but I read in forums by re installing template you are able to save again, this is true, but I hope it does not happen again. Hope admins look further into it.

Make sure you are using the template's latest version.
If not, please update.

When you update you need to clear both Joomla!'s cache and your browser's cache. Even if the issue is resolved if you are still viewing cached content, it might seem that the issue is still present.

Btw. an update for both these templates is scheduled in the coming days.

Hi there, I have the same issue with newsworth.
I am sure that I have the last version of template because I installed the quickstart package just 3 days ago.
Since yesterday I am trying to insert an image as logo in the Template Parameters, but there is no chance to save it. How can I solve this?

SOLVED: Ok, I installed the template update. It is not already included in the QuickStart package.

Yes you need to update the template to its latest version by using the update package.
