Hello tye,
Did this happen once you installed the quickstart or did you update any extensions?

If you didn't do anything then it is wise to remove that installation and reinstall the quickstart package.

This URL resolves to an unfinished installation.
Did you complete Akeeba's kickstart installation?

Hello Andres,

You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

This means the current user is a registered user and not an administrator one.

You can reset the password from your database.
docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_recover_or_reset_your_admin_password%3F

Finally make sure that you are editing the correct user admin.
If you created a new user
