Hello I am facing problem with offline message on site. I put the site in offline mode, I update the custom message and in message field select use custom message , but system shows only offline standard message. It displays the custom message which I wrote on backend but on frontend standard offline displayed . The only things what changes is when I change the content language the message changes to selected language standard offline message.

I have read this, but my problem is different , when I write and save Custom Message from Global Configuration it saves without any problem, after when I again open Global Configuration I can see my custom message what I wrote on backend side , but this message doesn't displayed on frontend. I check my configuration.php file is writable. Please help
