How can I change logo position to the left corner? Also I want to know what will happen I will use logo size greater than used, will it be displayed ok on Mobile phones , or I need use the same size which provided for logo to be ok seen on mobile phones and tablets. I want to use logo size as 500x141

The image will scaled down to a maximum width of a 100%, so you can use a larger image.
In order to push the logo to the left, use this snippet in your custom.css file

h1 {
text-align: left;
}
