PLEASE CAN SOME1 HELP ME HOW TO GET JOOMLAWORKS TEAM TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINS SINCE May 29, 2015 AFTER PURCHASING AND THE PAYMENT WAS WENT SUCCEFULLY JOOMLAWORKS REFUSE TO RELEASE THE TEMPLATE AND IGNORING MY COMPLAINS ALL MAILS AND TICKET. PLEASE I NEED HELP

Your subscription was published and you where able to download the template.
Keep in mind that we do not all live in your timezone.

Furthermore after you downloaded the template you reversed your payment so there is not much I can do until you reinstate the payment.
