Could somebody help me with a problem I have with menu + sub-menus at this website using Toreda template?

In case I have the mouse over a submenu item "aligned" with a menu item that has NO SUBMENU everything is OK and I can select this submenu item

In case I have the mouse over a submenu item "aligned" with a menu item that HAS SUBMENU the focus goes to the "aligned" MENU item and I cannot select the desired submenu item
