I have made a joomla update to version 3.9.22 and the following error has appeared

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).find(...).tooltip is not a function
at initTooltips ((index):419)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):419)
at o (jquery.min.js:2)
at Object.fireWith (jquery.min.js:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.min.js:2)
at HTMLDocument.B (jquery.min.js:2)

If I deactivate the module referred to in line 419 of the index, the error appears on another line.

My main problem is that the radiowave generic player does not work with this error.

I understand that it is a problem with JQuery, but I have not been able to fix it
