I'm getting bullets showing on the like and the reply (and a few other random places) of this blog : www.fourquadrantliving.com/blog/item/62-do-you-know?#itemCommentsAnchor

Also, the comment counter doesn't seem to be working and is enabled in the plug in parameters.

Go to your disqus /admin/settings/appearance ans insert css:

div#disqus_thread li, div#disqus_thread span { list-style-type: none !important; }

into 'custom css' at the bottom of the page. It worked for me
